Jamie Weese was born and raised in Kansas City, obtaining her Bachelors from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and her law degree from the University of Kansas. While a law student, Jamie assisted with a wide variety of legal issues including estate planning, small business creation, bankruptcy, general litigation, and foreclosures; she soon realized her passion to assist families and entrepreneurs.
Jamie worked for Commerce Trust Company immediately after law school. In 2011 she opened Weese Law Firm to help Kansans with their estate planning and small business needs, and soon expanded the law firm to Missouri. Currently, Jamie is still active in her growing practice and is a frequent presenter on estate planning and probate topics, including continuing education classes for the National Business Institute.
Jamie is active in her community as the Founding President of the USD 232 Education Foundation and serves on the Advisory Board of First Responders Support Team – Midwest. Additionally, she is a Coach Ambassador for Girls on the Run at her son’s school and active in numerous ministries at her church. In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and children and providing color commentary for any sporting event she is watching.
